1. Commitment to Integrity

AHDA maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward fraud, bribery, and corruption. We are committed to conducting all procurement activities with the highest level of transparency and ethical conduct.

2. Prohibited Practices

Bid Rigging

Collusion between bidders to fix prices or restrict competition.

Misrepresentation

Providing false information regarding company status or capabilities.

Kickbacks

Offering or accepting any improper payment or favor.

Conflict of Interest

Failure to disclose personal ties to procurement staff.

3. Reporting Violations

If you suspect or have evidence of fraudulent activities, you are required to report it immediately to our Compliance Office. All reports are treated as strictly confidential, and whistleblowers are protected under our retaliation policy.

4. Enforcement

Any entity found to be in violation of this policy will face immediate disqualification from the bidding process, legal action, and permanent blacklisting from future AHDA projects.
