1. Agreement to Terms

By registering and submitting a bid through the AHDA procurement portal, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and operational procedures outlined herein.

2. The Procurement Workflow

Applicants must successfully navigate the following stages to be considered for contract awards:

1. Bid Submission

Formal application and document provision.

2. Tech Evaluation

Compliance and capability verification.

3. Financial Review

Financial audit and proposal verification.

4. Shortlisting

Selection of qualified final vendors.

3. Tender Fees & Refund Policy

A refundable tender fee is required following successful company registration. This fee serves as a mandatory processing deposit. Refunds will be processed according to our internal procurement guidelines upon the conclusion of the evaluation cycle for unsuccessful bidders, or credited toward final contract costs for awarded vendors.

4. Vendor Conduct

Vendors are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity. Any misrepresentation of company registration details, financial capabilities, or past experience will result in immediate disqualification from the current and future bidding cycles.
